i'm not going to OBU
i got accepted to Oklahoma Christian today
so i will be headed there this fall.

| i met some freaking cool people tonight.
my good friend scottie brought some friends of his to cafe vida tonight, and they were rad.
although, i feel weird having friends who are like, 21-24.
whatever.
i'm starting to learn who Y'Shua is again... and i'm starting to grow a desire for Him again...
its nice.
stuff is still dumb...
but getting better.

| So one of my favorite comedians has a joke about the science fair day at school, and how he woke up and realized he didnt have any work done.
so he filled a cup with dirt and hoped that his teacher would just give him an 'F' and just go on, but she stopped and asked him to explain.
"Well, its a cup. With dirt in it. I call it cup of dirt." but she wouldnt leave him alone, until she got a better explanation.
I feel like thats what we do as Christians . . . we're a cup, and Jesus is our dirt, and people want an explanation but we just hope and cross our fingers that they just pass us up and dont question anything.
i dont want us to do that. I want us to explain and be able to describe whats so significant about our dirt, y'know?
